Returns & Exchanges

If you experience any size issues with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days. We understand that comfort matters, our shoes are made to be worn, and we want them to fit you just right.

Conditions

  • Shoes must be unworn

  • Original tags must be attached

  • A copy of the invoice must be included

  • Please mention the reason for return

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Fill the Return Form

Complete the Return Form

Step 2: Pack the Item

Place the shoes back in the box along with:

  • A copy of your invoice

Make sure everything is packed properly.

Step 3: Send the Package

If you are in Lahore:

Contact our customer support team. We will send a courier rider to pick up your parcel.

If you are outside Lahore:

You will need to send the parcel to us using a courier or registered post at your own expense.

Refund Process
